Hey folks! I just went shopping at Target to catch the crazy post Halloween sales. Well, what I thought would be crazy sales – I was extremely disappointed in the lack of clearance on Halloween items. But, I’m super excited about the upcoming holiday season (tis the season already)!
Moving on, I have to catch up on some continuing education classes (I’m way behind!) so a couple of days ago I took a class on OTC diet medications, supplements, etc. One small part of the lecture covered the drug interaction between warfarin and the OTC medication Alli.
Here’s a quick video I put together for you about the interaction.
[Warning: Toshia, the eldest furbaby, was scratching at the door during the video- she wanted to hang on the balcony while I tended to the site. The scratching noise is totally noticeable, so you’ll have to forgive the Toshi for the slight irritation while viewing the clip!]
There you have it! Just make sure you have your physician’s attention if you decide to take Alli while being treated with warfarin – they’ll need to keep a close eye on your INR.
Also, hear this loud and clear – we have a FREE video course available just for you that will definitely help you save money on your prescription medications. Click on the link and you the video will be instantly accessible with for no charge.
Enjoy, and thanks for checking out my video!
Very good post! We will be linking to this great post on our site.
Keep up the great writing.
